Our event is here! Thank you all in advance for stepping up to volunteer for our annual I-19 Showdown. You should have received an email from sign-up genius as a reminder that you work a set time of a shift. If you did not sign up but wish to help please sign up on the sign up genius and show up at that time.
On Saturday,
My suggestion for you, wear comfortable shoes, booster shirts, and bring water. Your check in spot is the SHS Choir room before you begin your shift (right next to the band room). Please park directly behind the band room if space allows, if not park in the student lot and walk in. We got this!
Student Arrivals
1pm – council members and student leaders
1:30- concession stand shift one
2pm – everyone else
Student Dismissal 10:45 (hopefully)
We DO need parents to help push the front ensemble on the field at the start of our show. If you are able to help meet us by the band room at 7pm.
