Sahuarita High School music programs build a commitment to excellence and Instill a life-long appreciation of music and the arts in hundreds of students every year. The generous support of sponsors and donors in our community helps make these programs possible.

Local businesses and organizations have the opportunity to sponsor the different performing ensembles at SHS. Opportunities include sponsorships for our concerts, pieces of music, along with other opportunities throughout the year. Since 1966 the Sahuarita High School Instrumental Music Program has been important in the lives of our high school students. For more than 50 years, we have nurtured and supported students through excellence not only in music, but in academics and community involvement.

Operating a successful, long-running music program takes the effort, hard work and financial contributions of may people. Our music program is lucky to have the support and hard work of the Sahuarita Music Boosters Association as well as the families and friends of our students, but we are always in need of additional financial backing from our corporate partners.

The Sahuarita High School Band, Orchestra, Drumline, and Color Guard appreciate your support! The hard working students in our program do so much to add to the culture at Sahuarita High School and to benefit our community. Most importantly this program shapes them into the people they will become and prepares them for life outside of school in more ways than just about any other activity here on campus. I hope you’ll support us as our program grows and takes on new challenges!

Supporting the Sahuarita Music Boosters, our Parent Support Organization, helps students develop all aspects of their lives. Students learn teamwork, leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills while participating in music, and all are attributes they will use
throughout their lives.

With state funding being cut for fine-arts, your support allows students to experience all our music programs have to offer.

Our goal is to provide a place for any student who is determined to create high quality music and productions while representing Sahuarita at State and National events/competitions.

Sponsorship Packages

By supporting the Sahuarita High School Music Boosters, you will be backing an organization that encourages excellence from students on the field, on the stage, and in the classroom.

Scholarship Sponsor – Any denomination

  • Scholarship Donations will be deposited into our Scholarship Fund and dispersed based on
    financial need as determined by the Boosters and Music Director.
  • Scholarship Donors will be recognized on the Sahuarita Music Website

BRONZE – $250 Contribution

  • 8×10 Certificate of Sponsorship suitable for display.
  • Name listed as sponsor in all band publications (Programs, etc)
  • Advertisement on band website sponsors page with link to corporate website

SILVER – $500 Contribution

  • 8×10 Certificate of Sponsorship suitable for display.
  • Name listed as sponsor in all band publications (Programs, etc)
  • Advertisement on band website sponsors page with link to corporate website
  • Two people get FREE admission to all band competitions (arranged day of event)

GOLD – $1000 Contribution

  • 8×10 Certificate of Sponsorship suitable for display.
  • Name listed as sponsor in all band publications (Programs, etc)
  • Advertisement on band website sponsors page with link to corporate website
  • Two people get FREE admission to all band competitions (arranged day of event)
  • Logo Placement on our Equipment Trailer used to transport equipment to games, performances, and competitions throughout the state of AZ
  • Year-round 2’x3′ banner placement designating support of Sahuarita Music Department (artwork provided by sponsor)
  • Public address announcement during SHS sponsored band events & football games (some restrictions apply)

PLATINUM – $2,500+ Contribution

  • 8×10 Certificate of Sponsorship suitable for display.
  • Name listed as sponsor in all band publications (Programs, etc)
  • Advertisement on band website sponsors page with link to corporate website
  • Two people get FREE admission to all band competitions (arranged day of event)
  • Logo Placement on our Equipment Trailer used to transport equipment to games, performances, and competitions throughout the state of AZ
  • Year-round 2’x3′ banner placement designating support of Sahuarita Music Department (artwork provided by sponsor)
  • Public address announcement during SHS sponsored band events & football games (some restrictions apply)

CORPORATE GIFTING

Businesses can also support our students by donating items we use directly for our program, such as meals, or that we can use in fundraising activities to benefit the music program.

Examples include: Gift Cards/Certificates, Free Nights/Stays, Food/Meals, Auction-able items.
