If you need financial assistance for participation in the 2023/2024 school year, please complete this form. This form does not guarantee assistance but considers your request for SHS Music Booster Scholarships.
Fall applications are due:
- 1st Review Period: Due July 19th for review by Aug 1st.
- 2nd Review Period: Due August 15th for review by September 1st (Requests after the 1st period are dependant on funds remaining)
Winter applications will not be reviewed prior to Feb 1
