Dear Parents,
Third quarter comes to a close this week, WOW it is hard to believe. Please make sure your child has all Sight Reading Factory turned in (SRF). Last week March 3rd was the last required SRF for the quarter, this allows plenty of time to turn in late submissions by this week Wednesday, March 10th to allow me time to update grades. I will not accept any SRF after this Wednesday for 3rd quarter, it will remain zero in powerschool.
Our auditorium schedule has been released, as of now our NEW concert date for Concert Band and Jazz Band ONLY is Thursday, April 29. This will be a short concert only about 45 minutes total. I also want to make a couple of changes to our Monday extra curricular rehearsal schedule, this is also updated in our website calendar page.

March 29 – Cancelled
April 5 – 3:45-5:30 – Everyone
April 12 – 3:45-5:30 – Everyone
April 19 – Cancelled (Orchestra Day)
April 26 – 3:45 – 5:30 – Dress Rehearsal for Concert Required
April 29th – Concert in the Auditorium – SAVE THE DATE
Thank you to everyone who participated in the student email fundraiser, we made over $6,000 great work! Our Music boosters just ended our second annual silent auction basket fundraiser and it was also very successful. This week we have a Panda Express Percentage Night, please support our SHS Music Boosters on Thursday!
