Hey everyone!
So we are still in Phase 1 this weekend. We are anticipating moving into Phase 2 at the beginning of February to coincide with Winter Sports, depending on the decisions made at the district level. The good news is, even with limited rehearsal time, we are getting a lot done musically!
MLK Camp
Since we’re in Phase 1, we are limited to 2 hours at a time. We are using the same floor as last year, so we are not having a floor painting day. To be honest, our floor is too beautiful not to use again!
Saturday, January 16 – Battery/Cymbals 9:30-11:30, Front Ensemble 10:00-12:00
Monday, January 18 (MLK)- Battery/Cymbals 5:00-7:00, Front Ensemble 5:30-7:30 (regular Monday night rehearsal)
Additional Rehearsals
I mentioned last week that if we remained in Phase 1, we may add additional rehearsals. Starting next week we will also be rehearsing on Thursdays. It’s only two Thursdays that we’re adding (1/21 & 1/28), and they will be the same times as Mondays and Wednesdays. As soon as we move to Phase 2, these will go away. If there is a conflict, please let me know by replying to this email.
Fees
We have seen a small number of performers pay their fees. Please make sure that you are making payment for the $50 PTP and $100 Uniform in the front office ASAP! Thank you to those who have already completed this!
